Returns:

These regulations do not relate to the company's instructions regarding the return of a device whose original packaging has not been opened and has not been used in any way.
If a customer wishes to cancel the transaction within 14 days from the date of receipt of the device, and/or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details of the transaction, whichever is later, he must notify the company of this in one of the following communication methods detailed below:

If a customer is disabled, a senior citizen or a new immigrant, and holds a certificate recognized by law that proves this, and requests to cancel the transaction within four months from the date of receipt of the device, and/or from the date of receipt of a document containing the details of the transaction, whichever is later, he must notify the company about this in one of the contact methods listed above.

If a customer cancels a transaction as mentioned, the company will return to the customer, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification of the cancellation, that part of the transaction price paid by him, cancel his charge due to the transaction and give him a copy of the cancellation notification. The company will charge a cancellation fee of NIS 100.

To the extent that the value of the device has decreased significantly due to its use or for any other reason, the company will be entitled to claim the value of the reduction from the customer. The Vertica® device is a medical device for intimate personal use that cannot be reused.

In case of cancellation of the transaction, the customer will be required to return the device to the company's offices independently or alternatively by registered mail with delivery confirmation. The confirmation of delivery of the device must be kept for mailing.

If the customer requested to cancel the transaction within 30 days of the execution of the transaction, but opened the device and/or used it, the company will return to the customer a proportional part of the transaction price paid by him, and will give him a copy of the cancellation notice. The company will charge a cancellation fee of 1,500 NIS + VAT.

If the customer requested to cancel the transaction within 60 days of the transaction, but opened the device and/or used it, the company will return to the customer a proportional part of the transaction price paid by him, and will give him a copy of the cancellation notice. The company will charge a cancellation fee of NIS 2,500 + VAT.
